My mom was released as the Young Women President in her ward. She gave a talk on Sunday. During the talk she saw me tearing up and she stopped what she was saying, pointed at me, and said " Heather, stop it!"It must have been her nerves or something, but it made me laugh pretty hard that she called me out during her talk over the pulpit. She gave a beautiful talk ( she always does). During the talk she spoke about me. This is what she said....
It was sweet to hear my mom say such nice things about the experiences we had together while working on my Personal Progress as a Young Women. I have felt so distant from my mom lately, so it was nice to know she still cares. More than anything, I loved hearing her Testimony. It was a good Sunday.
